Step 2: Get Personalized Support
The member advocate will provide resources and guidance tailored to your needs.
If needed, they can arrange an in-depth review of your medical records to confirm the diagnosis and suggest a treatment plan.
Step 3: Medical File Review (If Required)
This process may include:
Reconstructing and analyzing medical records
Pathology retesting and further analysis
Timeline: Typically a few weeks, depending on case complexity.
Outcome: A detailed written report with conclusions and recommendations from specialists.
Step 4: Treatment Support
If you decide to seek treatment from another physician:
The member advocate will help identify a specialist to meet your needs.
For treatment outside Canada, the advocate will assist with:
Referrals and accommodations
Medical information transfer and discounts
